  • Data collected and purposes of collection

 

As part of its activity, the Firm ensures that it only collects and processes data strictly necessary for the purpose for which they are processed (principle of data minimization).

 

These data are:

 

  • Identification data of the persons concerned such as your first and last name, your e-mail address, your postal address, your social security number or your date of birth;

  • Data relating to the professional situation of the person concerned such as the profession or professional contact details;

  • Economic and financial data on the data subject;

  • Data relating to the training, diplomas and distinctions of the person concerned;

  • Data relating to criminal convictions and offences, or related security measures;

These data are collected fairly. No collection is carried out without people's knowledge and without their being informed, except in cases where the data must remain confidential by virtue of the obligation of professional secrecy incumbent on us as lawyers.

 

 

  • Legal bases and purposes of data processing

 

The processing implemented by the Firm must meet an explicit, legitimate and determined purpose, namely:

 

  1. The execution of pre-contractual measures or measures taken from its contractual mission with the purpose of producing, managing, monitoring its clients' files and recovering sums on their behalf.

  2. His legitimate interest when he manages the relationship with his clients and prospects, the organization, registration and invitation to Cabinet events.

  2. Telephone reception, management and maintenance of our IT tools;

  3. The due diligence necessary for the execution of our contractual mission (translators, bailiffs, applicant lawyers in particular).

The data collected is not transferred outside of France or the European Union, unless the Client's situation (nationality, residence, work) so requires, or if the file for which he entrusts the management is of an international nature.

 

  • Data retention

 

The Firm only keeps the data for the duration necessary for the operations for which they were collected as well as in compliance with the regulations in force. In this respect, customer data is kept:

  1. In terms of accounting, 10 years from the end of the accounting year;

  2. For the duration of the contractual relations and 5 years after their termination, for the purposes of professional liability, animation, prospecting, without prejudice to the obligations of conservation or the longer limitation periods which would be imposed on the lawyer in the exercise of its mission;

  3. In terms of preventing money laundering and terrorist financing, 5 years after the end of relations with the Firm.

 

  • Security

 

The Firm ensures the security of your personal data by implementing enhanced data protection through the use of physical, technical and organizational security means adapted to the degree of sensitivity of the personal data, in order to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data and to protect them against any malicious intrusion, any loss, alteration or disclosure to unauthorized third parties.

Under the conditions defined by the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, individuals have a right of access to data concerning them, rectification, interrogation, limitation, portability, deletion. The persons concerned by the processing implemented also have the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data having as a legal basis the legitimate interest of the Firm. , as well as a right of opposition to commercial prospecting.
